On March 27, 2014, Endure Multisport officially turns 4 years old. When team founders Rico Villanueva and Joel Ramos finally agreed to formalize into a team their growing community of aspiring triathletes, they were very keen on one thing: knowing who we are as a team, and what we represent and aspire for. The team will be a collaboration of the fast and the slow, of natural athletes who pour everything out on every single race and ordinary Joes who are in for the fit lifestyle and self-actualization through sports. Joel is the natural sprinter, preferring the fast and furious distances over the long and slow. Rico on the other hand is classic marathoner, slower but steady.

Before getting into Multisport
Know the sport. Train wise. Live healthy. Know your body.
As you know, we sometimes read and heard in the news some incidents involving participants died while racing in triathlon. Coach Rick Ledesma of Firstwavetri, a tri community forum, initiated a collective information what causes the unfortunate events.
Coach Rick consulted Dr. Randy Molo on questions & theories that occurred in that moment. Dr. Randy Molo practices as an orthopedic surgeon, member of Phil. Center for Sports Medicine working with RP athletes and the Azkals, consultant for one shoe brand, and also a member of multisport team.
The interview made happen so that the multisport community will be more aware of the health issue that go with triathlon sport.
Trooping to Tagaytay on two wheels

Wills of Iron, Hearts of Gold
ENDURE Multisport team is one with the triathlon community in anticipating the upcoming Cobra Ironman 70.3 Philippines in Camarines Sur on August 14, 2011. ENDURE is after all a team founded on the prospect of training and racing together the Ironman distance – someday.
In 2010 Cobra Ironman 70.3, six men finally did the half-ironman under the Endure banner, 1 swam for the relay, and a feisty little girl competed and placed in the IronKids category.
In this 2011 edition, six Endure men still will go the distance, 1 shall bike for the relay, and the feisty little girl shall compete once again. Six men, a lady and a girl. Together they span the spectra of age, athletic ability, weight class, and profession. All of them juggle family, work, social life and sports, but on that fateful weekend, they will don their warrior suits – armed with weeks of training, armor full of hope, wills of iron and hearts of gold.
